Develop, test and maintain NC Programs for the manufacture of close tolerance machined parts. Create, proof and maintain NC data and evaluate engineering designs to determine efficient sequence for part manufacturing. Encode programs for 3, 4 and 5 axis machines for mill and lathe operations. Works closely with engineers to develop process improvements.

Candidates must have three or more years experience developing NC Programs in a high value machine environment. Experience with Titanium and Inconel metals a requirement.

Must have demonstrated proficiency with UG nx 4 or higher, probing and vericut operations.
